ARTVO Excursion – Year 7 and 8 ART
The secondary students were met with a rainbow of colors and artistry on Monday 6th June, when they attended an Art excursion to ARTVO. Artvo is a new ‘trick’ art gallery located at the Docklands in Melbourne, which allows the students to immerse themselves into the artworks. There are over 100 hand-painted artworks located in 11 galleries, painted in just 60 days by 8 artists. The students were able to learn about different forms of art, and concluded that art was interactive and fun when viewed from new perspectives.
